"The theory learnt in this course has revolutionised the way I understand hoof biomechanics. It will certainly be an asset to my farriery practice and to my clients".

" Through all my years of owning horses I have never truly understood the function of the horse’s feet. I have been aware of the saying ‘No foot no horse’ and realising this importance, have always left the care of my horses feet to someone else. But when things go wrong, and even if they don’t, how would I really know what was healthy and what was not? If I truly believed the above saying, why or even how could I be leaving things to chance? After being introduced to Trevor and the concept of HPT I realised that this subject could not be ignored any longer, and so decided to attend a three day course.
After attending this course it became clear to me that this information is invaluable to both horse owners and professionals alike. The course is very well structured and delivers the information in concise and effective combination of theory and practical application. It builds a solid foundation for such an in-depth subject, and has left me wanting to continue studying this programme.
I would like to thank Trevor for providing a wonderful environment to study and learn in, and for inspiring me to take responsibility for the care of my horse’s feet...I look forward to seeing you on the next course!"

"An inspirational weekend which has really opened my eyes to the true function of the structures within the horses' foot, and how it's health and balance have such a profound effect on all of the horse's wellbeing. Extremely interesting and of great benefit to my other work".

"Good content within the three days. Trevor's continuous enthusiasm made the course enjoyable and easier to understand making things very clear should someone lack understanding. I have learnt a lot and am enthusiastic towards completing the diploma. Also the facilities were ideal. Thanks"

“ I have recently been on a three day course and would like to thank Trevor. It was very enjoyable, the professionalism and content of the course was exceptional.
If you think, as I used to, that the main function of the foot is to hold the shoe then I would thoroughly recommend attending one of these courses. The foot is an extremely complex piece of kit and a poor foot can give rise to problems in many other areas and even in behaviour. This course will truly open your eyes and get you thinking!
Trevor has been trimming feet on my yard for some time now and the results have been amazing. Horses that were lame or suffering long term problems, not just with the feet, have come sound. One horse that had been off work for over nine months but the owner was riding him the same day that Trevor first trimmed and treated him!
Sound too good to be true? Believe me it’s not once you understand the IAEP method!”
